David Hurlburt is Director of Special Projects & Group Initiatives for Hearst Television. He manages group-wide initiatives and special projects, including Forecasting Our Future and Project CommUNITY. David also has corporate oversight of Hearst TV's National Investigative and Consumer units, and the Washington News Bureau.
